What can €23 accomplish?

On its own, it may seem like a modest amount. But when thousands of BPW International members contribute, €23 becomes part of something powerful: the financial foundation of a global movement advancing women’s equality, leadership and economic empowerment.

Membership dues are not simply an administrative obligation. They are an investment in our collective capacity to act.

They help BPW International maintain its presence at the United Nations and other international institutions, advocate for women globally, develop emerging leaders, support national Federations and Affiliates, connect members across borders, and promote initiatives that create opportunities for women in business and the professions.

For nearly a century, BPW International has amplified women’s voices and helped advance their rights. Yet gender equality remains a distant goal. United Nations estimates warn that, at the current pace, it could take centuries to achieve. Our mission is therefore not a legacy to be admired: it is an urgent responsibility to be carried forward.

Our members sustain this mission in many invaluable ways. They volunteer their time, share their expertise, mentor other women, lead projects and accept positions of responsibility. However, commitment must also be supported by adequate financial resources.

Without a strong financial foundation, even the best ideas cannot become sustainable action.

When membership dues are paid fully and on time, BPW International can plan responsibly, protect its institutional continuity and invest in future priorities. It can respond to new challenges, build partnerships, strengthen its international influence and provide greater value to its members.

The importance of €23 is therefore not found in the amount itself, but in what it makes possible:
