BPW International extends its sincere gratitude to members who participated in the BPW LISTENS – Your Voice Matters Global Survey, contributing their voices to one of the most comprehensive global consultations in the organization’s history.
With more than 2,300 responses from across all five regions, this initiative reflects the strength of a truly global organization, built on dialogue, engagement, and collective leadership.

From February 9 to March 18, members amplified the initiative through videos, testimonials, and peer outreach driving strong engagement across the BPW network.
This collective effort reflects both BPW’s global reach and a shared commitment to move forward together.
Youth Voices
A key highlight of the survey was the strong engagement of Young BPW members.
To reflect their role within the Federation, the survey included a dedicated section tailored to young members, ensuring their perspectives are clearly represented.
