BPW International held its 7th Mediterranean Symposium on 14-15 November 2025, under the theme “The Balance of Power: Gender, Economy, Leadership.” The Symposium brought together members and partners from across the Mediterranean region to advance dialogue on women’s economic empowerment, leadership, and equality.

Organised with the support of the Public Relations Standing Committee, the programme featured panels and sessions exploring how gender balance strengthens economies and communities, and how BPW members can continue to drive change across the region.
