Entrepreneurship Excellence Program

BPW International is seeking an experienced Project Development Expert to transform its Entrepreneurship Excellence Program concept into a structured, operational, and financially sustainable international project.

We are looking for a professional with proven expertise in project development, entrepreneurship and business ecosystems, financial/investment partnerships, project financing and pitching to potential institutional partners.

The expert will help develop the project from concept to implementation, including its operational and financial model, strategic partnerships and funding proposition. The Program is expected to begin within the coming months, with its first cycle culminating in the Entrepreneurship Excellence Award at the 2027 BPW International Congress.

International experience and demonstrated ability to develop and present compelling projects to investors, financial institutions, or strategic partners are highly desirable.

2 – Project Development Expert

International Development Expert Board (IDEB)

BPW International is seeking an experienced Project Development Expert to transform the concept of its International Development Expert Board (IDEB) into a complete, operational, and fundable international project.

The assignment is to develop the project for the creation and sustainable operation of IDEB, including its structure, governance, methodology, implementation plan, expert requirements, budget, and financing model. Because IDEB will bring together qualified professionals whose expertise must be appropriately remunerated, developing a credible and sustainable funding model will be an essential part of the assignment.

We are looking for a professional with demonstrated expertise in international project development, institutional funding and project financing, and proven ability to prepare and pitch compelling projects to foundations, development institutions, corporations and other potential funding partners.

The selected expert will work under the strategic direction of the Founding Chair and will help take IDEB from strategic concept to a professionally structured project ready for presentation to prospective partners and funders.
